With a BS in History from Georgetown University, an MS in Industrial Management, and top level experience with Marine Corps acquisition and logistics programs, he now serves as the Chairman of MKI, continuing to play an active role in all major company decisions. | |

| Mr. Brunsvold is a retired Marine with over 20 years in uniform and 30 years of acquisition management experience; including development, test, production and fielding across all acquisition categories. He has a BS in Physics, an MS in Research and Development Management, and holds a Master of Business Administration certificate. In 1984, Mr. Brunsvold started at MKI, later holding the position of MKI's President for 10 years before becoming Vice Chairman. He is currently responsible for managing MKI's Marine Corps business portfolio, bearing the responsibility for all aspects of technical performance, including adherence to the schedule and the delivery of quality products. | |

| As the Information Management Officer, Mr. Hillmann leads the IT Help Desk team and is responsible for management of MKI's information technology assets. Since joining MKI in 1997, his work has facilitated expansion of the company's IT infrastructure from the early dial-up internet accounts to today's multi-site, multi-T1 design. Mr. Hillmann brings experience managing both Microsoft Windows and Linux systems, which greatly enhances MKI's capabilities because it allows flexibility to operate best-of-breed software from both the commercial world and the open-source community. Mr. Hillmann received recognition as employee of the year for his leadership during MKI's expansion in 2006, which involved planning six office relocations and the addition of MKI's Skyline office in Falls Church, Virginia. Mr. Hillmann has a Bachelors of Science from Virginia Tech. | |

| Mr. Roberts is a retired Marine Corps Officer with over 20 years in uniform, and over 17 years experience in defense contracting at MKI; managing MKI's JPM-IP/PM CBRN vendor support contract for the last nine years. He has a BA in history and an MS in Contract and Acquisition Management. Mr. Roberts' direct customer experience has focused in the areas of Acquisition, Logistics, and Administration (ALA) activities, Program Management, and Systems Analysis for the United States Marine Corps and other Joint Programs. Managing MKI's CBRN operations, he is responsible for services that include program management support, acquisition and logistics support, systems engineering, and CBRN defense support. Currently the group works for the Marine Corps and Joint Service Programs within the DoD. | |

Managing the Orlando office, he is responsible for program management, systems analysis, cost estimates, facilities analysis, and Manpower and Training Analysis. Mr. Roberson works with Program Manager Training Systems, Orlando, FL, MAGTF-TC, 29 Palms, CA, and Range Divisions in Quantico, VA, Camp LeJeune, NC, and Camp Pendleton, CA. | |
