Project Management Support
MKI Systems' project management services involve providing direct PMs to manage government projects. In an effort to ensure our customer's success, MKI ensures that our employees are well versed in the industry standards of Project Management, to include Project Management Institute ® standards and certifications, Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) standards and certifications, and other industry standards.
- In keeping with these high standards, our Project Managers are responsible for "cradle to grave" management which includes:
- Requirements definition
- Project cost and schedule development
- Writing statements of work
- Assisting government in putting vendors on contract
- Vendor task management
- Status briefings to government oversite managers
- Overall cost, schedule, scope, and risk control.
