Years of Relevent Experience : The position requires four years of DoD Financial Management experience.

Required Skills : Seeking highly motivated individual with excellent quantitative and analytical skills. Position require an organized, detail-oriented individual. Must have good communication skills and be fluent in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain a security clearance.

Responsibilities : Candidate will have extensive working knowledge of the DoD Programming, Planning and Budgeting System (PPBS) and the ability to apply PPBS principles and practices to support budget formulation and execution. Knowledge of the latest versions of the DoD 5000 Defense Acquisition series of directives as well as financial accounting and planning experience, particularly Army, is required. Highly skilled and knowledgeable use of the Automated Accounting systems: SABRs, AFDMS, FIMS, MOCAS, etc is desired.
