General Scope: MKI Systems provides functional area expertise and administrative and logistical support to the following MCSC standing boards and teams: Command FIT, Program Management, Engineering, Contracting, Operations Research FITs, Milestone Decision Process Team, Acquisition Strategy Process IPT, and Chief Knowledge Officer.

Specific Support Elements:
- Plan, participate in, and provide administrative support for FITs, Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), Implementation Teams (ITs), numerous other meetings, conferences and Command events
- Arrange facilities, refreshments and audio visual equipment, promulgate meeting notices, and coordinate schedules and activities of attendee
- Draft agendas and minutes, and capture and track action items
- Produce draft working documents, coordinate review and comment, and format and distribute final documents
- Generate and update relevant records in Knowledge Centers, the Equipping Process Roadmap and associated Frequently Asked Questions, and the Command Automated Program/Information System
- Conduct research and analysis, formulate recommendations, and document and brief the results
- Design and develop the Command's visual identity for Command's use for banners, briefing templates and process guide covers, etc.
- Design the cover and develop the layout of the MCSC Strategic Plan 2005 - 2009
- Film and produce Command videos in support of Industry Day, AE Day and Marine Corps Birthday Ball
- Plan, participate in, and provide administrative and logistics support for AE Day and Industry Day events
